The core constructive components and advantages of moonshine distiller Elegant-Pro are:

  1. The alembic pot with stiffeners and wide neck. It is suitable and sturdy. A flange is pressed tightly to the body with thumbscrews through a food silicone gasket which is high temperature resistant.
  2. The cylinder shell has three design advantages at once. Firstly, regular Panchenkov wire  nozzle is built into the structure. Secondly, the cylinder shell serves for water supply of cooler. And the last, it is provided with a thermometer that measures the steam temperature at the top of the item.  All the components provide controlled rectification process. A small amount of reflux condenses on the pipe and flows down to a Panchenkov wire nozzle where it is mixed with rising alcohol vapors.
  3. The flow-type cooler with 5-turns coil. It is located on the side part of the body and provides total condensation of the final product. The liquid flows through the food silicone pipe to a storage container.
  4. The temperature sensor installed at top section of the unit allows to separate the unwanted fractions named «heads» and «tails». The moonshine «body» becomes pure and the product strength can be about 70% after the first run. All you need is to prepare wash properly and fill the pot with it.
