A unique design of this unit combines all advantages of a traditional distill (still unit) and of a fractionating column.
The still units is fitted with the product-concentrating column filled with special sieve (Preformed Wire Packing (PWP) of Panchenkov), which is used in the distill units and rectifying columns to increase purification efficiency and produce cleaner alcohol by filtering alcohol vapor and distilling fusel oils from unwanted impurities.
Some vapor containing different additives condenses in the column and returns into the pot. The lightest alcohol vapors pass into the cooler, condense and comes out in the form of a finished product.
The output distillate has strength of 70-80 % ABV with minimal content of different impurities.
