A still-head is a closed sealed vessel which is located in the moonshine still between the pot and the cooler coil. It is connected to them with the pipes for vapor moving. Firstly, the mixture of the vapors takes place in this part. Then because of a non-stop rising heated vapors a second ethanol boiling takes place. Most of the fusel oils are removed there. This process is called a priority condensation of heavy boiling fractions.
